Paropakaaree Foundation offers a refund policy to the donors only in case there has been an error / technical reason for the transfer due to which donors have mistakenly made double payments or donated an extra amount.

We will be happy to refund the donation provided if the donor informs Paropakaaree Foundation via email (Paropakaaree Foundation@gmail.com) / letter (via courier only to our New Delhi office) and claims her / his refund within 7 days from the date of donation and can expect to receive the refund within 30 calendar days from the request date of return.

The information regarding the refund will be notified via email/letter with the complete details. The refund will be made by a/c payee cheque or NEFT only in the name of the donating party.

No refund /cancellation request for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained for online donation through the online payment gateway after the donation is accepted by our online payment gateway service providers unless there is a fraud notification from our payment gateway service providers.
